On the Road

Our packing of the RV began right away and finally on December 19,2011 we were loaded and ready to go. We wanted to get out of town ahead of the Big Storm that was to hit that week. (Alas it still hasn't arrived) But we are nice and warm now. Our first night was spent in Idaho Falls where it was freezing. We got a "cheap" and I do mean "cheap" hotel because we didn't want to freeze in our RV. The furnace in the room didn't work and the place was just one step up from a "flophouse" but while we went out to eat the manager fixed the heater. We nearly roasted that night. Went to Arctic Cirle with Don and Marsha Sparhawk and their daughter Katie. Off in the morning in a fog and snow storm.
